MANAGER, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
FORCE (Focus on Raising Community Engagement) is our volunteering and charitable giving program at Sikich. Our colleagues and offices participate in various initiatives throughout the year to give back and serve their communities.
We are excited to announce that our FORCE initiative will partner with United Way in 2019.
United Way’s focus is to identify and resolve pressing community issues and to make measurable changes in communities through partnerships with schools, government agencies, businesses, voluntary and neighborhood associations, and more. Their mission is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good.
Together, we will work to give back and serve the communities in which we live and work. Our aim is to enrich the lives of our people and those around us.

CELEBRATION OF THE LIFE OF FIRM FOUNDER, JIM SIKICH
This year we lost our founder, friend and mentor, Jim Sikich. Although he retired in 2017, his leadership and passion will forever shape the talented people of this organization.
Executive Alliance helps businesses across industries implement and optimize payroll and human capital management technology and processes. This acquisition bolsters the full suite of solutions offered by our Human Resources Consulting Services group.
Knutte & Associates, a nationally recognized specialist in Title IV audits and consulting, bolsters our expertise in the government, not-for-profit and education industries.
We’ve also expanded our specialty tax services with the addition of expatriate tax services, which include tax return and tax equalization preparation, assignment advisory and consulting, as well as management and administration of expatriate programs for companies.
